Fabrikmarke (factory mark/brand) and Firmenmarke (company mark/brand) are terms which state that the name it refers to was an official (trade)mark of the manufacturer. It was later replaced by the term eingetragenes Warenzeichen.
An example of use would be Mitterteich AG - Porzeton - Firmenmarke which stated that Porzeton was a trademark of the Mitterteich AG.
