Fabrikmarke (factory mark/brand) and Firmenmarke (company mark/brand) are terms which indicate that the name to which they refer was an official (trade) mark of the manufacturer. Both terms were later replaced by the term eingetragenes Warenzeichen. An example of use would be mark addition "Mitterteich AG - Porzeton - Firmenmarke", stating that Porzeton is a trademark of Mitterteich AG.
