Do not be fooled by the "FRANCE" addition, these are repro items made in China. The usual health warnings in regard of extremely high lead and mercury levels in both colors and glazes apply.
While this example (just as M251102) includes a fake French country of origin claim, other items simply show the symbol part, as can be seen with M250101.
