Many people believe that the crowned element shown here are the ligated initials "L" and "R", however it is the capital letter "K" in German Humboldt-Fraktur lettering. The full name of this typeface is vital as Fraktur is the name of a whole font family whereas Humboldt-Fraktur is a specific type in that family. A few US "experts" (including one of those "as known from TV!" people) challenged my statement after only having checked "Fraktur" and really made fools of themselves. Another interesting one, by the way, is the combination listed as mark family M090639.
