The shown mark is found on reproduction wares that are mass-produced in China. These products are recent and extremely cheap, so don't be fooled by sellers' stories. There is an almost identical "twin" with different initials; see M070926.
Warning! Items bearing this mark are usually accompanied by stickers indicating that they are not fit for food use due to the presence of chemicals such as lead and mercury. However, unscrupulous sellers often remove these stickers to avoid spoiling their fabricated "antique" stories. The goods remain potentially dangerous, though, and pose a health risk to children, pregnant women, and the elderly!
