Crowned, crossed staves together with the initials "AHW".
I found this unidentified mark in no fewer than four different auctions, all of which were run by different sellers. They all claimed that these sets were made by Rosenthal, which is nonsense - only in a world of dunce sellers and buyers could that be true. Needless to say, they were all on eBay, which sadly makes sense.
