These are cheaply made, slip-cast Asian imports from the 1990s, with a few badly shaped "handbemalt" (hand painted) pieces thrown in for good measure. The mould quality and decoration are both very poor; I doubt that the "handbemalt"-marked items were really decorated in Germany, even if some pieces carry a "Made in Germany" sticker, as anyone can apply those.
