I am by no means an expert on Japanese items, but after following a few dead ends, I assume that KenMar could have been a retailer. Their product range included salt and pepper sets, ashtrays, creamers, miniature pitchers, pin dishes, decorative plates and many other souvenir items. Based on the design and decoration of the items, I would say that they were produced roughly between 1950 and 1960.
