The initials "PVB" have been mentioned in another unidentified mark: M120716. Some people now assume that these marks are of post-WW2 Italian origin (it's a long story). The mark including "Made in Western Germany" can be found on items that various people have claimed to have purchased in 1958/59 (in Italy, of all places).
