Mark View M131002

One claimed explanation for the "CCC" initials I received was that they stand for the Carson Crockery Company (Denver, Colorado), which had items custom-marked for it by the supplying factory.

It is peculiar that the standard wording "Imperial Bohemian" was replaced by "Royal Bohemian" in the "The Kingsford" series. The only other series I found besides The Kingsford was named Monterey.
