This entry is a little complicated, so let me start by saying that the towns of Elisenfels and Röthenbach are both around two kilometres away from Arzberg. While no company was recorded for Röthenbach, a small business was recorded for Elisenfels (rather: Arzberg-Elisenfels). The business there was merely a company which purchased ready-made blanks and produced souvenirware, while the Röthenbach mark was found on redecorated tableware.
However, both marks are somehow connected to the Schumann) family. This is particularly interesting when you find out more about the family: the grandparents of Christoph Heinrich Schumann (of Schumann Arzberg fame) were Ferdinand Eduard Schumann (*1854-08-14, †1907-09-05), who was born in in Arzberg, and Elise Babette Maria Schumann (née Weilenmann, *1858-08-31), who was born in Elisenfels near Röthenbach.
