[1] : Porzellmanufaktur Düssel, Roth & Co. (1923 until 1945)

The company of 'Düssel, Roth & Co.' was founded in 1923 and there is very little known about it - even if they produced very good decorated items straight from the start. This has puzzled some people, but one should know that from 1919 onwards the company of Zeh, Scherzer & Co. (which was also located in Rehau) slowly disbanded its art department after some internal restructuring. Until 1920, both the name Düssel as well as the name Roth were mentioned on their employee lists and it therefore seems that both of them worked for 'Zeh, Scherzer & Co.' before they opened their own business. The 'Düssel, Roth & Co.' company mainly produced different types of lovely decorated tea- coffee- mocca- and cocoa sets as well as many items with either fused silver or etched gold decorations as well as lustre finish and especially when taking a close look at some of the rather stunning decorations one wonders why there is not more known about the company.

[2] :Porzellmanufaktur Düssel & Co. (1945 until ????)

As said before, there is not much known about the company but at least it is known that Roth left the company in 1945 and the remaining partners continued business - but even for how long the company then still existed is again unknown although some sources state that the business closed in 1966.
